Etho doesn’t recognize her at first. Ofc maybe Cleo looks SIMILAR to their vtuber (without the zombie-ness and bright colors), but he doesn’t think about it much because hey, there’s only so many combinations of hair colors and body types and whatever else that people can have.
Maybe Cleo doesn’t recognize Etho at first, but it doesn’t take very long. She probably hears him across the restaurant or sees him grabbing a restock of his famous sandwich supplies. Plus, Cleo’s smart, they’d probably be able to tell by his stance alone.
