Something that caught my attention in the gossip dump with Hal and Romina was a comment that she made at the end “I’ve been cleaning falcon shit off uniforms for 2 days”. And i remembered a couple episodes ago Azune noticed the falcons were gone from Falconer’s Rest.

So the Einfasen’s birdnapped all the falcons for some fucking reason that’s gonna be a major thing later I know it.

The unbroken misty step tablet thing was also masterful illusion and....abjuration?

Theres a well known penteveral illusionist missing, and a theatre magician missing.

Ive been assuming the fake misty step was planted by tachonis since they knew enough to raid the hideout grab the stone of nightsong, caz betrayed the whole plot to them, they would obviously have the infrastructure to produce the fake glyph.

I suspect the paint comes from a similar source.

If the penteveral illusionist witnessed the massacre was he working for tachonis, willingly or no? Did either or both missing magic users create the cover up illusions at the palazzo?

From the letter Teor has to Thjazi and we know from the drowned man he was messing with beyond death stuff, was Thjazi trying to open a door to the tenebral reaches OR from the tenebral reaches to the old afterlife/afterlifes? Was he trying to solve the overcrowded tenebral reaches problem , to take away Tachonis' undead armies?

I saw a theory on here the other day that maybe Royce sided against the rebellion bc any drawn out conflict adds to the dead adds to Tachonis' forces so maybe it was strategic to shut down the rebellion fast rather than place your whole house precariously on a losing side that gets exponentially more dangerous as all the dead join the enemy. I find that compelling. Im sorry I didnt note the blog name.

That adds up to me. Maybe Thjazi knows this is why, this is why he lost aranessa, also idrologically tachonis shoild not vave such power, maybe he knew about the deva vindicta plan. Tachonis (and Halovar?) made damn sure thjazi died.

Omg vaelus has speak with dead! Thjazi will be buried before the seekers make it back. I guess that messes with the mystery to just talk to the guy, if hes willing to tell the truth. Unless thats a big story switch from mystery to oh shit we know whats going on how do we solve it, which is usually a story midpoint and I hope we are not that far into this story yet, we cant be.

Did Brennan not clarify that the creepy Tachonis cages were for messenger pigeons? Occtis responded at the time with well my family collects people alive or dead so the assumption was oh thats fucked up people cages. But I thought when they investigated later Brennan said carrier pidgeons.

Either Im wrong or the players or characters missed that.
