It seemed that even in his long absence, this city hadn’t lost its quirky flare. By quirky flare he meant the ‘on duty’ sheep and the... was that a person? Golden hair sparked Rin’s interest and slowly he wondered forwards, curiosity getting the better of him. Creeping over, Rin squatted beside the sleeping figure for a moment, mentally going through his possible options.
Tail waving behind him, Rin had decided on the more... mischevous option. Rubbing his hands together quietly, he balanced himself right before he did the worst thing possible, he screamed. Right in front of their sleeping figure.

Every fiber of their being went rigid as they stared at the other. It was like a warning signal had gone off in their brain. They knew what the objects in the other’s hand meant. How could they not? Enkidu had seen the animals at the shelter react rather adversely when the time came.
And really, they could understand why.
Slowly, they took a step back. “Perhaps we can talk about this first?” They tried to plead their case, raising their hands in a show of peace. Though it was likely there would be no way out of it with all this talk of a ball--and if Enkidu wanted to attend...well, something would have to be done about that layer of dirt.
No matter how much they hated baths.
Familiarity in a sea of uncertainty (closed - Keen)
Red eyes somewhat hidden under thick spectacles and an even thicker-brim of his hat, watching folk at this fancy dance: he felt exceedingly nervous. There was barely anybody he knew here, though he constantly scanned the crowd for them to no avail. Not that he would have been able to spy anyone in this throng of people, even with his height.
Not only that, he distinctly felt like he didn’t belong here at all: though he’d managed to procure a suit, the fact he refused to take his mother’s hat to him off even in it made him stand out - he felt out of place. He knew he couldn’t leave and run away, because he had to be here for his friends who might need encouragement: but he shook and quivered terribly.
It was a conflict of feelings: he wanted to talk to someone; not feel as alone in this mess, but he was too shy to know where to start, and socially awkward. So he simply stood in the furthest corner of the room he could, looking on at the happy people dancing with a silent wish of longing that he could be that bold to dance in front of so many.

The prankster was restless.
He hadn’t been in the city long, but for someone who spent his days hoodwinking - Stella City seemed like the most unfitting place. He stood out like a tanuki among cats! Everywhere he went, eyes followed him (can you blame them, honestly?) which made it all the more difficult to blend in, and go about his usual antics without being noticed. Of course, that doesn’t mean he wouldn’t try; he liked a challenge.
Letting his feet take him where they may, his eyes absorbed the scenery that was vastly different from the quiet yet cloudy village he grew up in. Tucked away in a corner sat a store: Adarna’s Atelier. Surely this place had some fun trinkets. Glancing at the open sign, he sauntered in with purpose.
“Do you happen to sell firecrackers?”

As for moving, that’s also ok with us, but for administrative purposes, we’d like to keep you on the housing page as a resident of Moonpie Motel; since Moonpie Motel, Hummingbird Hotel and Gâteau Château are the official starting points in the city!
You are free to have the room above the shop where Keen can opt to sleep and inhabit instead of their room at Moonpie, however they still will have possession of their MM room to use as they wish. Officially, their residence will be listed as their motel room with the city council, and they will receive their mail there too.
