Mandy saw Talen every day. It was a normal thing. They'd lived close by for as long as Mandy could remember really. They weren't the typical inseparable childhood friends or anything, but they were friends no doubt. In fact they carpooled together every morning. That was what she was standing on her porch for; she was waiting for him to come pick her up.
