With Dominique out for the day and evening, Clementine had found ways to distract herself for a good while but the idea of being home alone all evening wasn't the most inviting. It was how she'd found herself sat across from the person she appeared to be seeking out a lot recently when she had spare time, her face now a regular in the bar as he worked.

"I was considering ordering that drink again... you know, to keep you on your toes and to make sure your skills remained sharp." Clementine grinned brightly when Tucker asked her what she wanted as he next drink.

"So wait a minute, you did what?" Everleigh really didn't need it reiterating again as she'd just managed to wipe the tears of laughter off her face without smudging her eyeliner but there was just something so hilarious about the situation to the brunette. "And this was it right? Merlin's beard, you look so self-obsessed." She didn't even bother to sugar-coat it, knowing that Tucker was probably already aware of how this likely made him appear. "I feel like this is one of those dating website photos that someone puts up to show how 'jacked' they are. It's one step before they put up the boxer bulge photos." The woman snorted in amusement once more as she handed the photo back. "How did it go down then?"

"Do you think anyone would care if I just ate all the buttercream and left the cakes." Lulu commented with a snort of amusement at the thought, running her little finger through the buttercream on her cupcake and popping it into her mouth. "It's totally the best part."

"Oh quit your whining." Theo stated with a snort of amusement as he gave his friend a light shove. "It's not my fault she's got a soft spot for blue eyed boys with a good accent over... well whatever it is you have going on." He joked lightly. "Clearly she has good taste."

I can’t believe you are just now telling me about your idea for this carnival? I could have had a complete planning list done by now! I will start this immediately! Are we going to get together to talk about all of our other brilliant plans for the year? Because I have so many that I have been dying to run past you.

"So, you know what I'm going to ask don't you?" Everleigh stated as she found herself sat at the bar with Tucker. "Why are you here with me and not out there for starters?" Because it kind of made sense for her, but less so for him. "And did you get a New Years kiss because I'm curious."

"And then they are actually going to be sold would you believe." Clementine spoke with such enthusiasm as she finally seemed to stop telling the other man her story. It was late in the evening but she didn't seem tired at all if the spark in her eyes was anything to go by. After being allowed to create wands, she was riding a high and she'd found herself taking herself straight to Leaky Cauldron because it was nearby and Tucker was working.

There was a spot of colour on Clementine's cheeks from the frustration she was feeling in the presence of this.. this... Man. Boy. Annoyance. Yes, that was a better wording and yet he was still there with a grin on his face, looking as unflappable as they came. "No, that's not what I meant. In fact, that is almost the exact opposite of what I meant." Her French accent becoming more prominent the more impassioned she became with the argument, because that was what it appeared to have devolved into.
