"Oh gosh, hide," Zac said, ducking and grabbing Caliphe with him, when he thought he saw Nesta. "Oh wait, that's not, we're good, sorry. I thought that was someone else."

Zac widened his eyes when he saw the baby. "Uh... why do you have a random child?" he asked. "Wait... did you and Saskia adopt a baby and not tell me. I would've planned something for you guys."

Zac was sitting in the ER, taking a breathing treatment as he was having an issue and forgot to pick up the meds he needed for his own machine. Zac let out a sigh when he saw Caliphe. “I told them not to get you, I’m fine.”

Zac hated that he didn’t like big festivals. Zac’s agoraphobia was always worse when it came to stuff like this, and he was working on it with his therapist, but big crowds didn’t come at all easy to Zac, but he was encouraged to try and go out, because giving into the anxiety of it always seemed to make it worse when he did go out. He usually floated around the edges of the crowd to keep his anxiety at bay and avoid a panic attack. Panic attacks were not at all fun and even worse when it came to his lungs. He had already had one thinking about how many people might be there that morning, but he did some calming exercises and video chatted Cal as he did an albuterol treatment. Zac jumped when he heard a voice behind him. He turned. “Hey, I thought you were going to find that face painting place,” he said.

Zac hated the winter and the snow, mostly because of the cold. With the state of his lungs, he could never endure the cold for long, the air burning his throat and chest, making it hard to breathe. he usually spent winters inside in the heat, sometimes having to double breathing treatments. Today was one of those days, which is why he was grateful to have Caliphe, because she was always there to spend time inside with him to keep him company if needed. He sat on the island counter in his apartment, nebulizer piece in his mouth that he was holding onto with his teeth, as he help mix some dry ingredients together for the cookies they were making. He slid the bowl over to the left so it was closer to her, taking the nebulizer from his mouth. “That should be all the dry ingredients,” he mentioned, slightly through a few coughs.

“Cal, I’m fine,” Zachariah insisted, though somewhat a lie. Zac was never one for parties or people even. He could feel his anxiety threatening to go through the roof. “I’m in my little corner, we’re good,” he insisted.
