I’m a dark princess again
Bye hair
I’ve been struggling with my hair for 8 years now. I never knew what to do, short, long, blue, blonde, red, my natural colour etc. I was thinking of going buzz cut for a while now, but I was scared because I wanted my hair to grow. A few days ago I bought bleach and started bleaching my hair because I simply didn’t care anymore, hair grows anyway. Today I bought more bleach and pink dye and tried it on my hair, it was a disaster because of the henna in my hair. And then it hit me, all the stress from the last few years were in my hair. Not just the hair problems but also my personal problems. I took my scissors and started cutting. I was crying the entire time out of happiness with every cut I could feel a great amount of stress disappear. When starting to shave I was scared but again still happy. My hair was still pink and bleached so I decided to dye the buzz cut with my last part of henna so it can grow back in my natural colour. This is seriously one of the best things I’ve ever done. I’m not only pressing the reset button for my hair but also for myself. I feel great.
Dying my hair naturally with an indigo and henna mix from Lush. Will take at least 24 hours for the colour to fully develop.
