She had been forced to take a day off. Chris had been working every day for the past two months since arriving on Naporia alone. When she first showed up, she spent the entire day searching for a way off the island to no avail. She had accepted her fate and found a job at the police station. It was all she knew and it gave her something to keep her mind off her situation. Now, with the day off, Chris wasn't sure what to do with herself. She was walking around Central Naporia, checking out a couple of shops that she passes on her way to work. That's when she noticed a familiar face. Walking up to Billy, a smirk settled on her face. "You staying out of trouble?" she asked. @loomingdread

Chris had been working nonstop since coming into work this morning. Between going out on calls and filing paperwork, she's only had time to stop for coffee. Luckily her lunch break finally came around and she found herself out on the streets of Central Naporia. She walked into the local pizzeria and stood in the short line waiting to approach the counter. She looked up at one of the chefs as he was tossing a pizza around and smiled. "That's a special skill that I do not have," she said, laughing. @stxfan

Chris was taking a run through Central Naporia when she stopped to take a breath outside of the local school. She saw that the kids were releasing for the day and heading towards their parents' cars and the school buses. She thought this was a better time than ever to take a break over near a tree. She pulled out her phone to send a text to her friend when she heard someone approaching. Chris smiled at the woman then threw her hands up in the air. "Promise I'm not a creep or anything," she said. "I was just taking a run and didn't realize school was letting out for the day. I was waiting for the kids to clear out before starting up again." @bcttcrthanrcvcnge

Chris was actually pleasantly surprised when Jackson agreed to go see a throwback LGBTQIA+ movie with her. When she heard they were playing Shiva Baby this Sunday, Chris had gotten super excited about it because it was one of her favorite movies. She initially thought about asking a coworker to join her since she didn't have many friends on the island seeing that she's been here for less than three months... but when Jackson texted her asking what her plans were for the weekend, she thought she could at least extend the invitation. Getting dressed in jeans and a nice top, Chris made her way out of her apartment to meet up with him at the theater. They were standing in line to get snacks when Chris turned to him and smiled. They had been on a few dates since she arrived on the island and she had to admit that she really enjoyed his company. "I did not expect you to actually want to join me today," she admitted. "But I'm glad you did."
