the thing about me is i want to know what 76ish countries didn’t sign onto the sokovia accords, how long these accords have been cooking - like the answer to that is years but i want to know how many years and how and through what organizations the pre negotiations started. and what is the exact scheme for the panel that’s being proposed as oversight and who gets to sit on it. and why exactly are they ratifying in vienna rather than new york with the general assembly, when the us is obviously on board and seems to be championing the accords. and what exactly is the structure of the accords and there’s no precedent at all for having individuals sign treaties to be subject to them like they’re literally putting this handful of individuals on the same level as nation states ????
