It seemed like fate or whatever greater force watched over them really got a kick out of messing with the heroic spirit of Cú Chulainn. It had to be as it simply couldn’t be a coincidence or mere bad luck to end up like this. With the rest of the servants too wounded to keep fighting or holding back the troops that came after their group, the younger Lancer was the only one left to face the Mad King. Before him was everything he refused to be, everything he promised himself not to be... It was a strange situation to find himself in. But, swaying between disgust and fear, with a knot in his throat and the beating of his heart loud in his ears, it was just impossible for the Lancer to think. That’s why he muted everything else and relied on his instincts and strength alone. He took a deep breath and allowed his crimson eyes to look into lifeless ones.

Despite the bravado, cold sweat was running down the Lancer’s forehead while he held tighter onto his cursed spear. He doesn’t know what to expect. kon finally puts his phone totally away , tucking it into his leather jacket and zipping it UP . lex lectured him for fifteen minutes the last time kon lost one , and threatened not to pay for another one . as if the fucker doesn’t have ENOUGH money already .

‘ twitter controversy , ’ kon explains , as if kid flash will understand . ‘ anyways , the thing about women is , they LOVE it when a man knows everything . or else people wouldn’t be all over lex , even though he’s bald . so the key is pretending to know things , even when you don’t . trust me , women will be all over you . ’ kon nods knowingly .

surly the master wouldn’t mind? no, at least in his mind, he doubted the boy would protest to much. after all, one would only be so lucky to call upon him, and for him to answer the call. caster keeping that in mind, would proceed to occupy his contractors quarters, making himself quite comfortable on the available bedding within the room. of course, his second purpose in doing this, was simply for pure amusement, he would be quite content with whatever reaction he got from the magus.
