i love the early hours of the morning, when we aren't quite asleep and we aren't quite awake, but we've silently and perhaps subconsciously both decided that we're going to stay in bed just so we can hold each other for a few more hours.

i love just waking up; watching the sunlight shine through the windows, a soft white light that illuminates your face and encapsulates everything i love about you.

i love dusk, when the bright orange sun slowly falls behind the horizon, the gold of the sky fading away. when we are left in a subtle darkness, and all around us calms. we feel safe and warm.

i love nights that become early mornings. we're talking about nothing and everything and none of it makes sense. we're both exhausted, but feel completely content and immensely loved.

actually i think i would love you in every universe and every lifetime. its a concept i see a lot but I've never really thought about it in the context of you. i should have though, cause it fits. loving you is easy, like I've done it a thousand times before. i think i could do it forever.

I crave domesticity with someone so bad. like can you imagine literally just existing in the same space as someone you love more than anything all the time??? theres never anything crazy, you dont have to do anything or go anywhere, simply just being there and enjoying each others company is enough. all the mundane activities suddenly become your favorite, like sharing household chores and then a calm night at home?? Getting cute things for your apartment, grocery shopping, running errands?? I literally cannot wait for that

do y'all ever see a picture or video of somewhere in nature that's absolutely beautiful but you've never seen before and just get this overwhelming feeling of nostalgia and longing deep in your chest and all you want to do in that moment is go there?

As I watch the sunset, fleeting specks of sunlight dance across my windowsill. I gaze out at the shades of pink that grace the foothills of the snow-capped mountains many miles away, and I think of you.
