AWWWWW YEEEAAA LETS DO THIS SUCKAZ
Who cooks: Eveline would probably do most of the cooking since Caerel would be tired and sore after coming home from a job. His hands lock up a lot so I can’t see him being able to do much BUT HE’D TOTALLY SURPRISE HER WITH BREAKFAST ON SPECIAL OCCASIONS, I FEEL.
Who does the laundry and other chores: I have a feeling if it were up to Caer, he’d just walk around with bloodstains and not think twice about it, SO PROBABLY EVIE! With Sean she was forced to constantly be doing housework- he didn’t like a single thing out of place, but Caer is a lot more laidback about it and doesn’t pester her, which actually motivates her even more to do things because she wants him to come home to a clean house so he can just snuggle her and baby Seanie~
How many children do they have: OH MAN WE CAN NEVER DECIDE! So far it’s one girl and like.. six boys. INSANITY. Either way, they’d have this huge brood of rambunctious babies. BUT AS OF RIGHT NOW THEY JUST HAVE BABY SEAN (shh he totally counts, Caer may not be his dad biologically but in every other sense of the word HE COMPLETELY IS)
Who’s more dominate: Definitely Caerel. Evie loves and respects him and would support him in every decision he made, but more than that, she’s just so used to being controlled by Sean. So while she’d be a lot more open and communicative about what /she/ wants with Caer, she would still look to him for permission and approval out of habit. When it comes to the kids, I think they’d make all decisions together and she’d be very adamant about keeping Sean out of IRA business until he’s old enough, etc.
Favorite nonsexual activity: Probably playing with Sean and teaching him new things (like to call Caer da oops NO SHAME IN THEIR GAME) or just being cute domestic bbs giving him baths or reading to him, etc. BASICALLY ANYTHING WITH SEAN.
Their favorite place to be together: They haven’t gone anywhere together yet but I’d imagine Caerel’s mom’s grave would be a favorite place, especially to take Sean and their future bbs to get to know their grandma and talk to her~ or church!? ORRR they spent a lot of time just sitting and talking on her back porch as teenagers (usually with a bottle of Jameson in between them that mostly Caerel drank from) THAT’S A FAVE PLACE FOR SURE
Any traditions: I suppose spending every morning together constitutes as a tradition?! Caer comes by for breakfast and they play with Sean and shamelessly pretend to be a little family, at least for an hour or so.
Their “song”: "You Were Made for Me by Freddie & the Dreamers" - Caerel used to sing it to her off key at the top of his lungs whenever he was drunk as teenagers and it sort of stuck. Even now, Eveline hears it and thinks of him.
What they do for each other on holidays: The Guinnesses are a fairly large, very family oriented bunch. Given that Eveline’s mother and sister don’t live near her, she would definitely spend the holidays with Caerel and his family. She would get Sean all dressed up and he’d have fun meeting everyone in Caer’s family. I think Eveline is definitely a more sentimental gift giver, she pays close attention to Caerel and things he needs/really wants (although he never really wants much) and makes note of it for later. After they’re done with the family I think they’d go back to their little house and just watch Christmas movies and eat all Sean’s cookies for Santa once they put him down to bed~
Where did they go for their honeymoon: With Caerel not being able to leave Free Derry for long, there wouldn’t really be an opportunity for a honeymoon. They would probably leave Sean with Branna and Danny and go to a country house for the weekend or something and they’ll sleep in and eat junk food and BE SUPER CUTE BASICALLY WHAT MORE COULD YOU WANT?!?!
Where did they first meet: Their ma’s were friends since they were four- when Eveline’s dad walked out on them, Aisling was at their house every morning to pull Eimear out of bed and let Caerel spend time with Evie. They only got closer from then on, and when Aisling was killed, Caerel and Branna stayed with Eveline’s family while his father went on a search for Kieran after he was kidnapped.
Any pets: Not yet, but they’ll probably have one or two protection dogs in the future~ someone’s gotta help look out for all those bbs!
What do they fight over: Eveline gets frustrated with Caerel’s lack of regard for himself and his willingness to die for the cause. She wants him to realize that he is just as important as anyone else. They fight about that and about him insisting that he’d be bad for her and thinking that Evie would only end up like his ma if anything were to happen with them.
Do they go on vacations, if so where: Again, Caerel can’t leave Free Derry for long! I’m sure on a free day they would go drive up to Eveline’s mom’s to spend time with her, especially as she gets sicker.
