Made #beefstroganoff for dinner using the recipe below The only two ingredients not included in the picture are olive oil and butter. Removed the beefbits from the pot once they were browned, sautéed the onions with olive oil, and then added minced mushrooms with butter. I didn’t add as much mustard as the recipe. Also, I cheat and use beef bouillon and add at the end before adding the beef back in. I do not use that whole roast, just the small pile of thin slices that are in the pic.
