Ingredients: 3 lbs beef roast. 3 cloves garlic, minced. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 2 teaspoons dried thyme. 2 teaspoons dried rosemary. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 190C 375F. Spread the garlic paste all over the beef roast. Pour olive oil over the roast and season it with salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary. Put the seasoned roast in a pan that will roast. Roast in an oven that has already been heated for about an hour, or until the internal temperature is the way you like it. Take it out of the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes before cutting it. Cut the roast into thin slices and serve.
