A serendipitous encounter with the core of my Fuddhist philosophy...feed the mind and fuel the body.🙏✨❤️ @cafetemple is a vibrantly social cafe, inspired by the work of Muhammad Yunus, a Nobel Peace Prize Laureate. Nestled in an alley in Galway, Ireland, Café Temple uses the best local and organic produce, and the profits are donated to charity. Imagine that! A business that raises money for charity, instead of solely making a profit. As if I could love the place more, all the furniture is up-cycled and put together by the owners and staff! Café Temple encourages us to see food as medicine, and awaken us to the connection of what we eat and it's effects on how we feel. BRAVO Seb and Steve!! 👏🏽👏🏽 I commend you both for this incredible endeavor, and hope this magical café paves the way for more to come. On to the deets... I ordered the "vegan bite"- organic mushroom and shallots with mixed herbs and soy butter on Layla's organic ciabatta bread. It was delightful! Accompanied by the home made masala chai (spice and black tea brewed together with their secret mixture of aromatic Indian spices & herbs, w/ coconut milk). To top it off, a "Lean Green Clean" (cucumber, granny smith apple, and celery). #CafeCrush ❤️😍 I deeply believe that we should worship our bodies like a temple. Our body serves 24 hrs a day, each and every day until our final breath. It is the divine vessel that allows us to pursue our dreams and reach our greatest potential. Without our health, our wealth is purposeless. We should treat our bodies with the utmost respect, gratitude and care, so it can help us achieve our highest service during our lifetime. Mind your thoughts, mind your food choices, get ample rest, and take time to still the mind. #TheFuddhist #CafeTemple #YourBodyIsYourTemple (at Café Temple)
