Season 4 reinforced that Cahir is having dreams about Ciri and that Cahir is connected to Ciri and Geralt through destiny. It showed he met Duny as a child and got him food to help him survive. And Geralt finally accepts him as a member of the Hansa. I don’t know if the show is going to have Cahir confess to Geralt that he has feelings for Ciri. In the books it happens after Angouleme joins the Hansa and that won’t happen until season 5 so we will see.
