What makes you the most emotional about your muse? Why do you think you connect to your muse?
answering these two together~
what makes me the most emotional about my muse is that i have several plots where after a long life of trauma, he finds the love and happiness that he was looking for. this gets me really emotional because it’s the sort of hope for a happy ending that i wish i had for myself……i used to connect to him because i saw a lot of myself in him especially since i often compared my mom to his. but nowadays i don’t project into him that much anymore? i think at some point i stopped projecting so hard and i gained some distance from him and that was a good thing for me. i mainly connect to him because i feel like he’s a fascinating character to play and i love exploring all of his personality traits, particularly his dark side.
If you had to judge your muse and sentence them to a “fair” fate, what would your judgment be? Would you punish them? Reward them? How?
well, i’d do a bit of both. he deserves a big reward for everything that he did to save the altean race, as well as fighting for freedom throughout almost his entire life--nobody can doubt that he has saved billions. however, he also deserves a massive punishment for all of the vicious, vindictive and sadistic things he’s done, sometimes in the name of justice, sometimes just because he wants to be a spiteful little bitch. so i would put him through something like purgatory. he has to spend a few thousand years in the shoes of his victims--he will gradually feel all of the pain he has caused to others, both physical and emotional, in the exact timetable that he did those things to them. however, once that is over, he will be allowed to enter paradise, where he will find love and trust and healing from his past.
