It’s better to fast for a CBC/BMP because eating can drastically throw off certain levels but it isn’t “necessary”. Just highly preferred.

For the one they have me booked in for it's apparently a prerequisite - would have been nice to have been told and then I might not have gone in at midday!

from what i understand, regina is barely there but her scenes with henry are worth watching.  the rest of it is apparently trash.

OMG the AU I never knew I wanted. When we planned our trip to English teachers' conference last year, my workmate spent the entire time calling herself 'Julie McCoy, your cruise director,' and assigning us characters. I was the bartender. I took this job VERY seriously.
