Woah guys, woah. Today marks the end of the first week of classes at CalArts, but it was my first day of life drawing class. I pretty much spent the entire class drawing blind contours, so I ended up with a lot of strange beauties. I can’t even begin to describe what a wonderful, overwhelming, scary, exciting time I’ve had during the beginning of this new chapter in my life so far...but as I sat on the floor in a classroom in the CalArts Character Animation hall, scribbling out life drawings for 6 hours, it finally started to sink in. I’m here. I finally made it.
