South Carolina Day 1 We enjoyed our 2 hour walking tour in Charleston, SC. Full of history. I am always the only one taking notes🙋🏻and taking pictures like a Japanese tourists. Ha! Such a nice area and the houses are AMAZING! We walked through the Charleston(older then Nola) French quarter. So educational to learn the politics and religious aspects of the histories. We finished our day with some fine food. I enjoyed a iceberg lettuce salad with fried okra, grilled watermelon. I also loved my peach, watermelon gazpacho! Tim had a jambalaya. Day 2 of South Carolina will be a plantation visit & Fort Sumter. I'm looking forward to North Carolina to visit the Balagot's & seeing picturesque views of Nicholas Sparks book settings.
