Been gone for... Three years? Long-ass time, but I finally feel good enough to come back.

well, it's now about a year since it turned out that what my psychiatrist used to think was bpd with a dash of ptsd was actually complex ptsd

the c-ptsd diagnosis did not officially exist when he first diagnosed me but it made so much more sense

after a total of 8-something years, i am now out of therapy, and i don't need meds anymore

it got worse before it got better

so much worse

but i made it through and now that i'm healed, i get to live my life instead of just surviving it

i'm just getting started

i genuinely wanna write with Darrell but I can't bring myself to write Red anymore... self-insert maybe?

could be a fun way to expose some stuff i been processing all this time

i mean, let's face it

Red has always been based on myself in a lot of ways
