A therapist only brings to light what u already know. Your probably in a way better place than most people in this world. Cut your self some slack. We all have bad thoughts. Don’t give the bad so much power over you. Talk to someone, it helps.
believe me, i try my best not to let these bad things take over me.. i just can't control it.. and that's what i don't understand, i am someone who's always positive about things, it's just i don't feel the same anymore, in a bad way.. and yes, talking to someone helps, but they only tell me what i already know.. and the only person who i can talk to completely free and can really help me is my best friend, but he's going through a hard time himself.. his girl cheated on him after 5 years, so i better not involve him with my problems
