in vietnamese, i don't know is "tôi không biết"! tôi and không both have the same accent (ô), so it'd be pronounced like 'oh' (well, tôi is mostly pronounced as it is spelled t-oi... like "oi mate!" but with a t in front) but không = khohng, if that makes sense! biết has both an accent and a tone, é and ê. é is an acute (dấu sắc) and it denotes a rising pitch~ the ê is pronounced like 'eh' like in the word bê, it's pronounced beh. this is long sorry :') hope you have a great day/night/evening✨
