The holidays were fast approaching for the late November date. Neighbors already have lights up and trees, and many other decorations associating with the cheerful holiday spirits wither it be Hanukkah, Christmas, or whatever have you.

Kiki never really celebrated the holidays, mostly since the orphanage never had money to spend on useless little children like him and even when they were out they were barely pulling themselves together- and even if they did have a tree it was a small plastic white one that stood in the corner of the room.

However, staying in an apartment with an older man without worry in the world, having decor didn’t seem to be a problem- in fact, the man practically had a decoration stash of about 3 full tubs worth. Kikineri was however distracted by one small piece of the decor stash- a tencel.

Dumpster seemed to love playing with the shiny plastic string, as she played, kiki tugged and swung it around the couch as he laid himself down lazily upon it, watching Dumpster jump all around the room with only destruction in mind.
