Angry New Yorkers

Let's be honest here, when I am pulling up an account and I see NY or NJ on the location tab, I feel my heart sink. You know you're in call center hell when an angry NYer is screaming at you about something you have absolutely no control over! Come on guys, yelling at the rep will not get you any money back, it will not fix your busted whatever, and it will not make us go any faster. Ever.
