This purple Moss Campion added some color to the tundra near the top of Mount Baldy in Alaska.

They call this Mountain Top Flattop for a reason!  This is the view from the summit of Flattop (the one just south of Anchorage) located in the Chugach State Park.

One of our first views of Wrangell-St. Elias National Park was at sunset.  The peak on the left of the photo is Mount Sanford (16,237 ft) and the one on the right is Mount Drum (12,010 ft).  The river in front s the Copper River just north of Glennallen, Alaska.
