Hey so, making it official, could you guys please report this account:

I already blocked them, but they’ve stolen gifs from my other sideblog. The original posts can be found here: rutger in jeans jacket. and here: rutger in army jacket.

vampedits is my account. the other one is not.

It took me quite a while to even make these cause it wasn’t that easy for me to get the episodes which I had to record myself. I’d love it if you could reblog these from the source and not the reposted/stolen ones. Also if you could block and report the account. Thank you.

     YES, THIS IS A CALL OUT POST.

          feel free to unfollow now ( or blacklist using the tag “#callout.” or “#drama.” ) but i will not continue to stand by and not speak up when there’s nothing else i can do; especially in an environment where actions such as these aren’t covered / protected by tumblr’s guidelines, let alone in a community where talking about publicly being trampled on has turned from an act of seeking help to being prosecuted for needing to say something. then again, i understand in circumstances where it seems ridiculous to “call out” someone - but this? this, is ridiculous.

                                                         THIS IS FOR @OUTLV .                               for the blatant stealing of content time & time again,                                          despite being questioned & asked not to.

                              i have four separate instances, all screenshotted and saved.

the first, to which i actually DMed Kit about.

image one, their blog. image two, my blog. image three, the original art piece. image four, my message.

they never replied; but the image was taken down shortly.

the second, to which my friend actually DMed them for me, but i will be excluding their messages.  ( NOTE: after the first instance, shortly after they archived their old blog, and made the new one. )

( NOTE: i have multiples of some pictures on both side blog view & main blog view. ) image one - three, their blog. image three - seven, my blog. image eight - nine, the vague post they then wrote, but later deleted.

they never replied to my friend, but posted the vague post shortly after messaging w. my friend; but the vague post & the copied material was taken down shortly after.

the third, to which i was lucky enough to catch the other day, but said nothing.  ( NOTE: after the second instance, they blocked both me and my friend. )

i’ve been told by multiple people i’ve confided to in this matter that after the first instance to which i caught them, they must be doing it to “piss me off”. well, lucky them, it worked. i’m upset, frustrated, annoyed, and frankly, i feel terrible.

i didn’t want to do this, but this kind of behavior is unacceptable and every consequential action you took after being kindly asked to correct has led up to this.

now, i make this post in the hope of a) informing others of the fact you have continued to show the very same immaturity you tried to pin on us despite being politely requested to fix / explain the situation, and therefore proved yourself an individual i felt the need to warn others about, and b) putting an end to you copying not only myself, but hopefully any others in the future.

all i ask is that you please take down all obviously “influenced” material.

2. i will not be answering any asks i get on this topic except privately, unless it seems important / in order to clarify - anything negative / hate sent will earn the user an instant block & blacklist. it is my right to speak up about this matter, as well as my right to not tolerate any negative feedback - just as it’s also yours to ignore / properly block this from your own experience, but not to attack me. )
