THANK YOU! I AM ALSO VERY EXCITED. 

Although, I have a lot of work still to do to make it happen, so I’m trying to focus on the next task on the list instead of thinking too far ahead. But don’t worry, I will definitely be making an announcement about when it’s coming out as soon as I have a firm date (probably many, many announcements, in fact) as I will be begging all of you to go download it and leave reviews so my poor little book is not a TOTAL FLOP.

Haven’t been able to stop listening to them, they’re so good. Also, I found some new faves I probably never would have discovered otherwise, so bonus!

Right? They’re both so good, and so fitting to them - Jyn’s is all anger and drive (at least at the start, I haven’t got much further) and Cassian’s is all longing and struggle and it fits. 

And yes, there’s a lot of great stuff to discover. For the moment, however, I’m busy replaying “Blood in the Cut”, the song from the new The 100 promo bc it owns me.

2. I’m getting a second tattoo this weekend. It’s in honor of my mom -- a phrase in her own handwriting from a card she wrote to me.

3. The first time I considered myself a writer was when I was 11 and wrote an entire story about the forgotten 14th fairy of Thissally. The story itself has been lost to ruined computer harddrives of the past, or I deleted it because I’ve been known to do that too, but for whatever reason, I still have the intro:

It was always said that in the kingdom of Thissally, a fairy was missing.  For as long as people could remember, there had only been thirteen fairies.  Each fairy special, and each charged with overseeing an important task.  But just as far back, there had been rumor of a fourteenth fairy.  A small but fierce spirit that was said to care for the children of the town.

The children of Thissally could have used a fairy, for the children of Thissally needed a protector.
