1. I tore the meniscus in my knee years ago when sword fighting in acting class to a scene from Xena. Oh yes, you read that right. #nerd

2. I’m getting a second tattoo this weekend. It’s in honor of my mom -- a phrase in her own handwriting from a card she wrote to me.

3. The first time I considered myself a writer was when I was 11 and wrote an entire story about the forgotten 14th fairy of Thissally. The story itself has been lost to ruined computer harddrives of the past, or I deleted it because I’ve been known to do that too, but for whatever reason, I still have the intro:

It was always said that in the kingdom of Thissally, a fairy was missing.  For as long as people could remember, there had only been thirteen fairies.  Each fairy special, and each charged with overseeing an important task.  But just as far back, there had been rumor of a fourteenth fairy.  A small but fierce spirit that was said to care for the children of the town.

The children of Thissally could have used a fairy, for the children of Thissally needed a protector.

Hahahaha, ACCURATE. Basically any song about complicated love, misunderstood love, not wanting to be in love, fear of love... Harvey and Donna are all love songs. :D
