My Haiku

Sometimes I like to write Haiku. Figured I post a few. It's quite fun figuring out how to arrange one and make it flow properly, given the limitations.

Haiku are structured as so: 

Three lines totalling 17 syllables

The first line must be 5 syllables in length

The second, comprised of 7 syllables

The third must also be 5 syllables in length

Why not try messing around with your own?

1.

Christmas day: A time

For giving and receiving.

Where my beej at girl?

2.

*After the passing

Of a distant relative*

“Oh no, money died!”

3.

Wait a minute, hold

The phone! Now these oranges.

My hands were full. Sorry.

4.

*One tramp to the next*

“Look what I found, free yogurt!”

Served in a Kleenex.

5.

Retort to racists:

“Rosa Parks would be sitting

in her grave right now.”

6.

“Sellout scum!” I shout,

Rolling past in my heelys.

Thunder bellowed fierce.

Lightning, painted the heavens.

Me? I shat myself

An inhuman cry

Scorches the air. The culprit:
