What keeps you calm?
it's practically diverse. different things for different people. it may be a grandeur landscape view of nature, a mountain, sunset, a river, the sea/ocean, the shoreline, or all of the above. the brush of your cheeks against a clean smelling, bury your face and drown in the softness of the pillow. hearing the crackle of the burning ember while inhaling a cigarette. or feeling the gentle movement of the smoke as it comes past your face. a chilly night, where you feel the wind flowing through your hair and neck, while you hear those little crickets echoing throughout the trees. the simple aroma of those roasted black beans that hits and binds to every hair strand inside you nose gently making its way into your throat giving you a hint of tase of that bitter goodness. or just succumbing to that warm, secure, tight yet soft embrace that you come home to, and yearn everyday that just simply squeegee wipes off every horrid thing that has happened that day. all these things keeps us from losing "it". whatever it might be, identify it quickly and never ever be busy enough not to get some of it. lest you want to go nuts. haha.
