Calming Draught
Inspired by the potion from Harry Potter. Use for calming nerves, anxiety, and relaxation.
Items Needed:
sprig of spearmint
lemongrass
chamomile blossoms
jasmine white tea (I use “Jasmine Silver Needle” from Teavana)
What To Do:
To an infuser or tea-maker, add an 1/8 cup of jasmine white tea. Then add a little bit of spearmint, lemongrass, and chamomile to the tea. Add hot water (around 175° F) and brew for about 2 minutes. Enjoy carefully! Opt: add honey to taste.
