I am feeling this so deeply today. My friends and I have this beautiful thing where we don’t wait until someone is gone to pour beautiful things into them and say how we feel about them. It happens on birthdays but also at random moments when we feel called as well. And last night as my friends did this for me my system was overloaded with love. It broke me open in the most beautiful way. I could feel that they know me from the inside out and love all of me and my nervous system knows that. And they know that too. My presence is a safe space to land for them, as they are for me.
