I wanted to let you beauties know a few things I do when I’m feeling extra stressed and out of my element. 🙏🏼 I pray- it doesn’t matter who you choose to call your higher power, when you are having feelings of unease, try prayer. 😻 My cat Sasha is my baby and he helps me through literally everything I go through. 𝘿𝙤𝙣’𝙩 𝙃𝙖𝙫𝙚 𝘼 𝙋𝙚𝙩?? Don’t worry... you can still reap all the benefits of pet therapy without actually owning a pet. There’s the option of fostering or you can always vent to the local animals in your neighborhood (squirrels, birds, etc. it sounds really weird but it’s actually not)! 🎶 Listening to music is one of my most favorite ways to wind down and it’s accessible to just about everyone!! 💻 I use my laptop to stream movies and binge watch shows, which are both very calming and relaxing to me. 🧬CBD- Taking a variety of #cbdproducts such as tinctures, gummies and even using salves has helped me immensely. One of the companies I have worked very closely with has been @calmbywellnessco (reviews are posted throughout my page). CBD is a wonderful way to help relax & relieve stress, even help with pain. There’s also countless anti-aging skincare products that incorporate CBD. ☺︎︎ 💜I hope you can find one or two things from my little list to try the next time you are feeling a little uneasy.
