I dislike it when someone tries too hard to impress or tries to make them self appear to be "awesome".
Very annoying.
When my patient complains that they "can't feel it yet" twenty seconds after I finish administering their IV pain meds.

... or they call out for more pain medication 10 minutes after I give them something PO since they are still having pain. Just give it some time. Geez.
