Three months in the making, Camden Collective and We Are Pop Up ran a competition to fill Collective's new pop-up space on Camden High Street. For the month of June, four stand out pop-up concepts have been awarded free space at the Collective shop to test new ideas, expand their reach and bring excitement to Camden all month.
From dozens of applicants, we have selected four stand out concepts which are guaranteed to dazzle and delight. From art, to sport to fashion and vintage, Collective will be changing every week through June.

Atomica Gallery : Wednesday 5th - Wednesday 12th (PV on Tuesday the 4th )
Watch out Camden, Atomica Gallery is coming your way! Atomica is thrilled to announce it has been selected as winner of the Collective Creative Pop Up Competition. Organised by Camden Collective and We Are Pop Up, the competition offers London’s best independent creative businesses a rent-free temporary space on Camden’s bustling High Street.
From Tuesday 4th to Wednesday 12th June Atomica Gallery will head north from their home Hackney to bring the best under-exposed contemporary artists, illustrators and lowbrow weirdness from around the world to the iconic part of town. The Camden pop-up will feature the same range of affordable framed prints as the permanent Atomica Gallery & Shop in Dalston, as well as some new additions.
Pop Up Ping Pong (PUPP) : Thursday 13th – Sunday 16th
Pop Up Ping Pong (PUPP) proudly presents their latest incarnation: PUPP Shack Camden. This will be located at 69 Camden High Street between Thursday 13th and Sunday 16th June. The PUPP Shack is a boutique-style ping-pong pop-up parlour featuring one Olympic-sized table combined with a street food diner offering dainty and delicious sliders by mini burger purveyors #BRGR. They use the finest ingredients, with their golden brioche buns sourced from Miller's of Wimbledon and their grass-fed beef from The Ginger Pig butchers. A drinks bar will also be featured, with the legendary PUPP beer pong table (complete with regulation size and cup markings) making a stalwart appearance alongside it. Throughout the course of the four-day pop-up, expect events ranging from sporting competitions with prizes to ping-pong masterclasses and more.
Agnes & Lola : Tuesday 17th – Sunday 23rd
Agnes and Lola is born from a love of two things; independent, unique fashion and the diverse cultures across the African continent. With a carefully handpicked selection of fashion-forward designers across the African continent, our aim is to provide our customer with limited, contemporary and luxury items. Our designers embody a youthful spirit, showcasing the best of heritage craft infused with contemporary style.
Designer Jumble Sale : Tuesday 24th - Sunday 30th
It's ethical, affordable, fashionable and fun and it's all about promoting recycling: The Designer Jumble Sale, run by former VOGUE.com editor Abi Chisman, sells high quality secondhand designer clothes and accessories from brands like McQueen, Prada, Alaia, Comme des Garcons, Margiela and Marni, with prices starting at £10 and going up to £300. Expect to find vintage treasures like a Workers for Freedom silk shirt for £69, as well as brand new bargains like a pair of Nicole Farhi wool trousers for just £19. DJS will be working with architectural salvage company Retrouvius to fit out the space, with changing rooms fashioned from reclaimed church doors, and accessories hanging on old school hooks; and showcasing pieces by industry friends, like Tamsin Flower's beautiful Moroccan rugs and Sally Gregory's Badge Art.
