There’s an interesting thing about the friendship between Cam/Holly/Desmond wherein like. Cameron and Desmond are both so important to Holly. And people who meet Holly first are bound to meet both of them because she loves them and they’re the only real family she has? But people who meet Cam or Desmond first are likely to only meet Holly. Because even tho they’re both important to her and she’s important to them, they’re not really that important to each other. They know each other, but they’ve just never developed the same bond.
