For the past couple of days I've been using this to bind and I honestly love it a lot. It's really comfortable and works really well and I wish I could do it all the time but I make sure I don't overdo it. (I made the mistake of running to the bus yesterday and even though this is super easy to breathe in I still had a bit of a difficult time breathing by the time I got to the bus. Don't do that!)
