Emma or Regina to have Henry's full custody?
Both. Because we saw how able and competent they both were. I mean, Henry is the true love of both.
Regina took care of him the first 10 years of his life, and she still does. She's been able to save him from Peter Pan (with help, I agree, but still) and she just loves him so much that she cursed herself to forget that he was the savior's son. Yes, she lied to him and manipulated him about her being the Evil Queen, but Henry's a clever boy, and if he still felt somehow manipulated, he wouldn't keep rubbing shoulders with Regina.
Then we saw how Emma took care of him. The last year, when she was cursed, she was Henry's only mom. I suppose that if she didn't take care of him well, he would be a little brat. But he's not! And Emma showed how much she loved him during s1. I mean, she was without ties with anybody, and she started to like Henry, and stayed in Storybrooke on purpose to be with him and to look after, to know if he had a good life or not.
So that's what I think yayyy
