Steen, I have this vision of our lives that involves not just traveling the world, but sailing it. Going port to port, wandering small coastal towns, changing ships to boats and back. At night we'll stare at the stars and drink beer and wine. And in the mornings we'll rise with the sun, coffee in our hands as we breathe in the fresh sea air.

omg kt this is amazing. I think I wrote sporadically over the course of the entire trip, but mostly about our train travels/classes/strangers. So most of the friendships are only in my memory. And I like that bc that means yours stands out the most.
Omg, Steen, that last sentence just made me tear up a bit. Because that's exactly how it is for me? I remember, very vaguely, the relationship I had with everyone, but like, ours is also riddled with specific moments. Like sitting on the steps and having gelato 3 weeks in, and the photo shoot with my boots, and just stupid stuff like walking down a street or sitting on my bed.
