I fucking hate talking about myself but I love talking to and about people (the endeavors and accomplishments of others). I love seeing and helping them win in their own way. We all can't, don't, and won't win the same way, it's just not nature. I experience imposters syndrome and it's always left me standing in my own way. I never stop overanalyzing myself and my short comings both personally and professionally. I've been stuck in a survivor/surviving/survival mindse rather than living actively within my own experiences. As result, I never produce the works that I'm capable of and that the world deserves from me. I love celebrating people and creating experiences for people to enjoy themselves. What I often neglect to do is celebrate myself and my accomplishments. I don't talk about myself or work in public, in the media or online which has impacted my business, our visibility and growth over the last several years. I once read the those who make the Forbes 40 under 40 list are the people who do the best at promoting themselves to others. Online, I've never shared myself in the way that I do in face to face interactions and conversations although Im a champion for vulnerability. I've always thought that the work should speak for itself and that's no longer how the world works, as you have to speak for it yourself. Offline, I'm a influencer and connector in my community, within organizations and even beyond my network as a result of my work, my values, personality and amazing word of mouth. You want to like the person you're working with. Online, I'm a shell of myself. There's no value, buy-in or engagement from me for others. I think too much about what NOT to post, so I don't under the guise of "I don't care or have time". Today I'm making a commitment to care, to be Social for/on social and social off social (they used to call me Socialite Swain). Even more fitting, a #CampaignForChange. To sharing myself online and offline, in print and media and in real time. I censor so much of myself for public consumption when being myself has gotten me to where I am today. I have become complacent in the wrong kind of failure, in fear of being seen. (at Albany, New York)

Donald Trump, official presidential candidate, has never personally declared bankruptcy. The business ventures that bear his name, however, are a different story.
How does that work with America being his next company? I mean he’s running and supported based on his business background, right? That scares me as I really want the country to be something I’m proud to leave to the next generation. I don’t want to leave them a burden.

That’s right!! “Run, run, run, run, run, run, run, run . . . finally the tables are starting to turn. Talking about a revolution.”
How many are looking forward to 2016? I’m about to broach a subject that is supposed to be taboo and I’ll probably broach more than one taboo subject withing this blogging platform. Why? I think it is important to open conversation to ALL subjects before the 2016 elections. We, the people, need to be able to openly and honestly talk about our concerns, dreams, and hopes for this Country. We need to challenge our ideologies. When did a particular belief or thought begin? What experiences shaped these thoughts and beliefs? Can we change them? Should we?
I’m not looking for name calling, belittling or even arguing. I’m looking for intelligent responses and discourse. If you are open to this then let’s get started.
