Do Ya Job
Here’s one of my problems with election season in the U.S, and why campaign reform needs to become one of our priorities. All presidential candidates have all of their energy focused campaigning for 2 years before one of them actually assumes the Presidency. Two years of them not doing their job of representing the people, the job they were ELECTED TO DO BY THE PEOPLE. Who is representing the states of Vermont, Texas, Florida, who is acting of SECRETARY OF DEFENSE right now? Their staff. Aide workers. Etc. Our system allows for it. I’m not saying I blame the candidates themselves. But we need to allow these people to actually do the jobs they were elected to do, and work FOR THE PEOPLE.
