Can dragon raz use hydrokinesis? We all know dragons can breathe fire but water or ice is something cool
Good question! Dragons tend to have the same powers as the psychics we know and love, but at Raz's age they're extremely weak. They can't even breathe proper fire or fly until their early twenties.
That being said, Raz is more powerful than the average dragonet-- and can manipulate small amounts of water and breathe small amounts of fire (very similar to marksmanship solely due to how young he is, it comes out in bursts).
Dragons can breathe fire or ice, they produce a highly specialized and unique chemical compound in their furnace-- some can ignite it with a unique 'trigger' in their throat, causing fire. But some have evolved to super-cool it and it freezes on contact with a solid surface. One of these dragons is Lili, though at the moment she's too young to do so-- she is exceptionally skilled at early pyrokinesis though.
Raz is one of the rare dragons that can expel the chemical compound without igniting it, and he can manipulate it with hydrokinesis.

His name is Roo
He's been through a lot, having the more golden colored feathers of his left wing stolen from him. He can't grow them back.
He's been sad for awhile, but he was reunited with his brother and a friend came along and cheered him up.
“Hey miss, our ball got stuck, can you fly up and get it?”
Thimble: “o-oh I’m sorry, I can’t fly so I’m not sure I’ll be able to help”
Bowman Lost Excerpt
He learned a lot, when the giant deigned to actually answer him. He learned what plastic was, how TVs and cars worked, and what it meant to have a “job.” Bowman had left his entire world behind and traded it in for one completely alien to him.
He never even had a chance to really stretch his wings.
The human took him out of the plastic cage once or twice to add containers of food and water. More often than not, one or both wings were squished into a fist. It didn’t matter how much he squirmed and fidgeted, he was always wrapped in a hand so he couldn’t fly around the enormous human dwelling.
This big beetle on my patio must be drunk as fuck! He can’t fly for shit, whirling around, bouncing off the wall that he still hasn’t figured out that he can’t fly Through, and ends up (yet again) buzzing around angrily, on his back. I’ve helped him get upright numerous times…and right back to the same approach: “Oh, oh! I know! I’ll just fly through that solid wall, bounce off and fall to the ground on my back, then buzz around in futile anger till the guy with the stick helps me again. He’ll LOVE that!” I’ve literally seen him take off and fly like Zero inches before crashing again. It’s strangely quiet now. He’s sitting in a crack in the pavement, pondering his shame. ~yb
