Canaan Downs has got to be one of the best mountain biking trails in the country, it caters for everyone from the hopeless newbies (read: me) to the more experienced (read: insane) mountain bikers. I tackled a couple of the easier trails though I think I’ll leave the more advanced ones to the downhill devils! Make sure you check it out at the top of the Takaka Hill off SH60!
