Love London Canals - Flower Power Cocktails

Love London Canals is hosting a FREE Cocktail Masterclass at The Bargehouse near Kingsland Road. The event will be held on Thursday 28th May and starts at 6pm and finishes at 8pm, but you're welcome to stay and have drinks/food/chat afterwards! For those with green fingers, wild flower planting and seed scattering will take part at the beginning of the event (just by Kingsland Road Bridge). Bring your loved ones, mates, dates and family along for a fun-free evening! The event is part of the Love London canals programme - a number of free evening sessions which will be running throughout the summer. Get Involved!

Want to get involved in conservation and environmental activities this summer? I am currently running a number of free events throughout London on behalf of Love Londons Canals. Each event will have its own theme, free activity and small volunteering task ranging from canoeing, cocktail classes, BBQ’s, speed dating and swishing! The project is designed for those who live a busy lifestyle and still want to be involved in environmental/conservation activities. The last event held a free BBQ on behalf of the Canal & River Trust and live music from Queen Mary Music Society, volunteers completed a small litter pick from their kayak whilst taking in the scenic views of Regents Canal. The event had a great turnout and was a huge success in improving awareness of Londons canals as many of the visitors had never previously volunteered.
