Ah! It’s actually really surprisingly easy? I can’t exactly help with apple, but on windows 7 it’s just:

Start menu --> Computer --> Local Disk --> Pesterchum --> Themes

Pick a theme you like, in my case I used dance of Thorns. Copy the folder, paste it in and rename it.

Now, you just use the theme you copied as a template. Use whatever art program you want and paste stuff over, draw on it, whatever you want.

Now if you want to change the actual background colors, you either need some knowledge of coding or pure force of determination.You’ll have to right click the file that says “style” and click edit. From there, you go through and change all the hex codes into whatever you want, as well as any text options.
