Venatori & girl go out for magic cart ride under full moons. they stop at on at a side of road. he turn to his girl and say: “baby, i love you very much”

“what is it honey?”

“our cart is broken down. i think the blood magic is run out, ill walk and get some more blood.”

“ok. ill stay here and look after our sickle. there have been news report of sickles being stolen.”

“good idea. keep the cart doors locked no matter what. i love you sweaty”

so the Venatori left to get blood for the cart. after two hours the girl say “where is my baby, he was supposed to be back by now”. then the girl here a scratching sound and a little note come in the cart window say LET ME IN

the girl doesn’t do it and then after a while she goes to sleep. the next morning she wakes up and finds her boyfriend still not there. she gets out to check and candlehop door hand hook cart door.

Did I honest to gods just make a candlehop OC??

Yes yes I did.

My Rook Lyudmila found one busted and barely clinging to animation. She took the candlehop to the Lighthouse to try and repair it.

Emmrich and Bellara helped with suggestions but ultimately Rook figured out how to get them fully operational.

Naturally, she got wistful about it's little body and repaired it with a kintsugi like method. Lucanis and her bonded one night by helping paint its body after repairing it.

They gilded their initials on their feet - L & L. From this they nicknamed their newly fixed friend Elle.

Elle went on to become their personal messenger after the events of Veilguard. Helping her "parents" stay in touch even when they were super far apart.

Who knows! Maybe Elle is a messenger spirit who bonded to the pair!

I'm still cooking this.... But it already smells amazing!

I am still not over DATV. I know it's quite unpopular to have enjoyed it but I did. I'm replaying it again so I can better slot together some fanfic stuff for Rook x Lucanis.

Also it turns out I am insanely obsessed with Candlehops??? Like I doodled an idea to get one tattooed on me as The Star tarot card.

Veilguard is great because one of the side quests has you fighting a possessed candlehop that is simply called "Death"
