CANDY HIGHWAY are a new London band – two gals, two dudes – and I think you're going to find their "shards & shreds" approach to punk rock noise very fetching and desirable. They've got a free 8-song demo out there for download called "Eye for an Eye and Eye and I", and the longest song clocks in at a regal 1:49, with the rest hovering around the 30- to 60-second mark. 

Here's one that I dig greatly called "Mad and Glad". Thanks to CS for recommending them.
