Shiptober Day 5: CanDip

I am in the minority that still ships them. Uh, yeah. Anyway, the brush that I use for Candy's signature color's broken but I'll still be needing it for the next couple of days. So rip to me.

Okay, what if

Dipper falls in love with Candy a couple years later after they started becoming friends. He didn't wanted to admit to her since he made a really stupid move when he was a kid. It took a long time for even his sister to pick up since Dipper's actions were easily read platonic and no one wants to go back to the stupid thing that happened when they were 12, less it for laughs.

Dipper admits eventually since the whole thing lasted for months to a year. Hesitant, he tried to play it slowly to her like it wasn't a big deal. He doesn't want to screw up their friendship after building it up for years.

"Candy." He looked to the ground with a sigh. "Look, this shouldn't be a big deal. It'll fade right?" He tries to shrug it off with much nochalance that he could find from himself.

"Dipper," Candy doesn't know how to feel. She's not happy nor angry, maybe surprised. "Jeez, how long did you had this?"

"Mh, maybe more than a year ago. I don't know exactly." He looked up from his memories but couldn't really point out when.

The times they watched that nerd movie together? When they were playing videogames?That time when she went monster hunting with him and Mabel? Was it when she made that highly detailed anatomical diagram of that monster they caught?

Nothing was making much chronological sense to him.

For once I drew a Dipper ship that’s not dipifica. I’ll make a separate post for each of them. 

Believe me guys, I draw a lot of dipifica but I don’t really post them. And a lot of Candifica every now and then too.
