I had lots of help making the music as beautiful as the idea. I'm grateful for @iammelissatmusic @dierek @snaphacklecrop @robinwilliamsjr @jordanodamiani and @manmanphilly for their vital contributions. I'm also thankful to God and @teabells for inspiring the content. The response to songs like this compelled us to launch @oursexualhealing (you'll find a link to our new podcast in our bio) to help couples work through the same struggles. #TBT It's been 4 years, but it feels longer. It took 2 or 3 years to put out #CanIBeHonest. Mid production I took a very demanding job. Plus there are a LOT more moving parts. It was my first album with more than 1 singer, more than a 2 or 3 musicians, and rappers and producers outside of my typical circle. But it was worth it.
